Volunteer Projects

Volunteer overseas with more than 1000 different volunteering projects in over 60 countries worldwide.

We specialise in organising short-term voluntary projects (workcamps), typically lasting from 2-4 weeks.  Medium and Long Term volunteering opportunities (3-12 months) are also available. 

Applying for a workcamp is a simple 3-step process:

International Volunteers for Peace is a membership based organisation. To participate in our workcamps you must become a member.

 Search for a Project

Search Service Civil International's (SCI) extensive database of current voluntary projects. You can search according to the country, the dates or the topic of the workcamp.

 Submit Project Application Form

Complete the workcamp application form. Your submitted application will be forwarded to the relevant country for approval  - be aware that places are usually limited. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.
